City Square Mall to release Pokémon lures at six locations on National Day

SINGAPORE — City Square Mall is the latest shopping centre to capitalise on the Pokémon Go frenzy in Singapore.

City Developments, which manages the mall, announced on Monday (Aug 8) that the mall will release lures at six locations within its grounds on Tuesday. The lures will last from 1pm to 3.30pm.

Locations of the six PokéStops around City Square Mall include: Four PokéStops within the City Green outdoor park, the mall’s mini fountain, and the New World Gate which is the entrance to the park.

City Development’s decision comes on the heels of Orchard Turn Development’s announcement on Saturday to turn ION Orchard into a Pokémon Go hotspot with lures released at the mall till Aug 21.
