COE prices close mixed at end of latest bidding exercise

SINGAPORE — COE prices closed mixed at the end of the latest bidding exercise on Thursday (Oct 19).

Premiums for small cars (up to 1600CC & 97KW) went down by 0.34 per cent to S$41,617.

Large cars (above 1600CC OR 97KW) saw premiums go up from S$48109 in the previous bidding exercise to S$49,996.

Meanwhile, goods vehicles and buses saw COE prices go up by 6.11 per cent to S$51,890.

In the motorcycle category, premiums went down to S$4,903, compared to S$5,010 in the previous bidding exercise.

Finally, in the open category, which can be used for any types of vehicles, premiums went up by 6.12 per cent to S$52,000.
