Construction of new State Courts to begin

SINGAPORE — The State Courts held a groundbreaking ceremony today (May 28) for its new complex.

SINGAPORE — The State Courts held a groundbreaking ceremony today (May 28) for its new complex.

The new building, situated in front of the present State Courts, is due to be completed in 2019.

It will house two blocks, one for courtrooms and another for administrative offices.

Presiding over the ceremony were Chief Justice Sundaresh Menon and Presiding Judge of the State Courts See Kee Oon.
