SINGAPORE – From this Saturday, Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) rates on some roads and expressways will be lowered by between 50 cents and S$1 for the upcoming December school holidays, the Land Transport Authority (LTA) has announced.

In a statement on Monday (Nov 13), the LTA said the revised rates will take place at 15 locations and be in effect until Dec 30. Rates for the other gantries will remain unchanged.

At certain gantries, some drivers will not have to pay any charges at certain timings. For example, there will be no ERP charges between 7.30am and 8am at the two gantries at PIE (Kallang Bahru).

The ERP rates will return to their pre-school holiday charges from Jan 2, 2018. The next review will take place in February 2018, for the first quarterly rate review of the year, said the LTA.
