Expansion of CTE, TPE and SLE Interchange ‘on track’ for completion: Faishal

SINGAPORE — The expansion of Central Expressway (CTE), Tampines Expressway (TPE) and Seletar Expressway (SLE) Interchange is “on track” for completion, said Parliamentary Secretary for Transport Assoc Prof Muhammad Faishal Ibrahim today (May 16).

SINGAPORE — The expansion of Central Expressway (CTE), Tampines Expressway (TPE) and Seletar Expressway (SLE) Interchange is “on track” for completion, said Parliamentary Secretary for Transport Assoc Prof Muhammad Faishal Ibrahim today (May 16).

Prof Faishal, who is also the MP for Nee Soon GRC, visited the construction site yesterday. He shared on his Facebook page that upon completion of the project, residents in Yishun can save up to 10 minutes of travelling time via the recently-built Yishun Avenue 8. The construction of the road linking Yishun Ave 1 and 6 opened on Jan 17 this year.

He wrote: “Pleased to know that the works are on track for completion in the coming months … Looking forward to the enhanced connectivity around Yishun Town!”

Separately, the Seletar Aerospace Flyover connecting motorists to the CTE, TPE and SLE opened at 5am today. CHANNEL NEWSASIA
