A statement from NetLink Trust said it experienced network outage at around 12.10am after a fibre was cut by a third party contractor performing drainage and sewage works along the junction of CTE and Ang Mo Kio Ave 5.
Restoration service has commenced and service is expected to be restored by 11am this morning.
