SINGAPORE — After abruptly postponing its opening on Tuesday, Jem will finally be able to welcome shoppers tomorrow.

Jem Development Director Chris Brown said in a statement yesterday: “We are pleased to inform you that Jem will be opening at 10am on Saturday.”

Fire Safety Certificates are required for commercial premises and its units to begin operation.
