Keeping tabs on Singapore's dengue epidemic

Singapore is in the midst of a dengue epidemic, with weekly dengue-fever infections surging to a record. The Republic's worst dengue epidemic was in 2005, when about 14,000 people fell ill and 25 died. It has already passed the 12,000 mark and has claimed 4 lives this year.
