At least one killed in tour bus crash in Pahang

SNGAPORE - A bus travelling from Malaysia to Singapore crashed into a ravine on Sunday (April 20), killing at least one person, according to Malaysian news reports.

The New Straits Times reported that the victim was from the United Kingdom.

The double-decker bus was carrying 38 passengers, who were tourists returning to Singapore from Pulau Redang. Reports said the accident happened at around 4.30 pm along Jalan Kuantan-Segamat in Pahang state.

Pahang police said all injured passengers have been rescued, and sent to three different hospitals.
