M1 website down after opening for iPhone pre-orders
SINGAPORE — Telco M1’s website suffered an outage for several hours, following news this afternoon (Sept 12) that the telco was taking pre-orders for the new iPhones and had unveiled its price plans.
SINGAPORE — Telco M1’s website suffered an outage for several hours, following news this afternoon (Sept 12) that the telco was taking pre-orders for the new iPhones and had unveiled its price plans.
More than an hour after the website went down, M1 posted on its Facebook page that its iPhone 6 pre-order page was "currently experiencing high traffic" and asked customers to check its Facebook page for further updates.
Many customers took to social media to express their frustration, with some posting directly to M1's Facebook page.
