MediaCorp staff raise S$57,000 in charity car wash
More than 100 employees from MediaCorp’s group sales and marketing division held an eco-friendly waterless car wash yesterday at the Turf City Grandstand, raising S$57,000 for charity. Artistes including Jayley Woo, Seraph Sun and James Seah attended the event and hosted a breakfast with car owners from Ferrari Owners Club Singapore.

All proceeds will go to beneficiaries under MediaCorp’s corporate social responsibility programme — MediaCorp Cares, which focuses on helping the elderly and youth-at-risk. MediaCorp staff volunteer their time to participate in or help organise activities for beneficiaries from TOUCH Community Services, Lions Befrienders and Children-At-Risk Empowerment Association (CARE Singapore).
