SINGAPORE – Members of the public can now send feedback over estate cleanliness, infrastructure and other municipal issues to the Government via the OneService mobile application.
Launched by the Municipal Services Office (MSO) today (Jan 25), the application allows the public to send feedback on municipal issues on one common platform. The application automatically sends each feedback to the relevant agency, allowing authorities to respond faster to problems reported.
Speaking at the app’s launch at a recycling event in Bukit Gombak, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office and Second Minister for Environment and Water Resources Grace Fu said cleanliness is the top municipal issue among residents.
Each week, agencies receive an average of 1,000 cases of feedback on cleanliness, she added.
The app is free and available for download from the Apple Store and Google Play.
A geo-tagging function in the app will pinpoint the exact location of the problem. Users can also provide images of the problem through a photo-taking feature.
