Permanent closure of section of Jalan Satu between Cassia Link and Mountbatten CC

SINGAPORE — The section of Jalan Satu between Cassia Link and Mountbatten Community Centre (CC) will be permanently closed to traffic from June 2, the Housing and Development Board (HDB) said in a statement today (May 28)

SINGAPORE — The section of Jalan Satu between Cassia Link and Mountbatten Community Centre (CC) will be permanently closed to traffic from June 2, the Housing and Development Board (HDB) said in a statement today (May 28)

The road closure is to facilitate the construction of a new segment of Jalan Satu Road, connecting Mountbatten Community Centre (CC) and Jalan Dua.

Motorists are advised to use the following alternative roads:

- Those heading towards Mountbatten CC and Kong Hwa School from Cassia Crescent and Cassia Link to use Jalan Satu via Old Airport Road

- Those heading towards Mountbatten CC and Kong Hwa School from Old Airport road to use Jalan Satu via Old Airport Road

- Those heading from Mountbatten CC and Kong Hwa School to Cassia Link to use alternative route through Jalan Satu and Jalan Dua

Blinking lights, barricades and diversion signs will be put up. Motorists should drive carefully and observe the information signs displayed, the HDB said.
