PM Lee to deliver 13th National Day Rally at ITE Central on Sunday

SINGAPORE — The National Day Rally (NDR) will be delivered by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong on Sunday at the Institute of Technical Education College Central Campus.

SINGAPORE — The National Day Rally (NDR) will be delivered by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong on Sunday at the Institute of Technical Education College Central Campus.

In his 13th NDR, Mr Lee will first speak in Malay and Mandarin from 6.40pm to 7.30pm, and then switch to English from 8pm to 10pm. Viewers can tune in to local TV channels and radio stations for a live broadcast of the Rally, which the Prime Minister typically uses to unveil policy changes.

The Rally will also be streamed ‘live’ on video service Toggle from 6.40pm and the Channel NewsAsia website from 8pm. Other online viewing avenues include Mr Lee’s Facebook page, YouTube (www.youtube.com/pmosingapore) and the NDR website (www.ndr.sg). Sign language interpretation will be made available.

Live updates will also be provided on Mr Lee’s Facebook and Twitter pages, and netizens can share their views using the hashtag #ndrsg in their Facebook posts and tweets.

Subsequently, netizens can watch the Rally on YouTube or the Prime Minister Office’s website (www.pmo.gov.sg/ndr) from Aug 22, or via Toggle. They can also catch the highlights on Channel 5 and Suria at 11pm and 10.30pm respectively on Aug 25, and Vasantham at 9pm on Aug 28.
