Six arrested for trespassing Shaw Towers’ rooftop

SINGAPORE — Six men, aged between 17 to 21, have been arrested for trespassing on the rooftop of Shaw Towers at 100 Beach Road, police said today (Feb 3).

SINGAPORE — Six men, aged between 17 to 21, have been arrested for trespassing on the rooftop of Shaw Towers at 100 Beach Road, police said today (Feb 3).

On Jan 30, police received a call at about 7.53pm on the incident. Investigations revealed that tampering marks were found on the secured door leading to the rooftop. All six men were subsequently arrested.

Investigations are ongoing. The six men could face a jail term of up to three months, or fined up to S$1,500, or both.
