• Each Singaporean aged 25 and above will receive an initial credit of S$500 from next year, to be used only for education and training. Further top-ups will be made regularly and credits will not expire.

• Education and training subsidies for all Singaporeans aged 40 and above will be enhanced to a minimum of 90 per cent of training costs for courses funded by the MOE and WDA.
• Structured internships with international exposure in institutes of higher learning.
• Earn and Learn programme to match polytechnic and Institute of Technical Education graduates with suitable employees. They will undergo on-the-job training and mentorship, while studying for industry-recognised qualification.
• Develop professional core of education and career counsellors.
• Study awards and fellowships for Singaporeans to develop deep skills.
