The official website of City Harvest Church co-founder and pop singer Ho Yeow Sun, popularly known as Sun Ho, was hacked yesterday morning — an act her husband and church founder Kong Hee said was “malicious” and “hateful”.

“I am also very concerned that the hacker’s statements appear to have been intended to cause readers to influence and pre-judge the issues in the criminal proceedings that are presently ongoing in the Singapore Court,” said Kong on his personal website konghee.com.

The church has filed a police report. The hacker, who went by the name “The Messiah aka U.P”, poured scorn on the millions of dollars from City Harvest Church funds allegedly spent on Ms Ho’s music career and her “hidden agenda”. The site had yet to be restored as of press time.
