Surbana Jurong inks deal with Japanese firm

Infrastructure consultancy Surbana Jurong has inked a deal with a Japanese firm, with an eye on discussing potential infrastructure projects in Singapore and other members of the Association of South-east Asian Nations, India, Africa and the Middle East.

Infrastructure consultancy Surbana Jurong has inked a deal with a Japanese firm, with an eye on discussing potential infrastructure projects in Singapore and other members of the Association of South-east Asian Nations, India, Africa and the Middle East.

The memorandum of understanding (MOU), signed with the Japan Overseas Infrastructure Investment Corporation for Transport and Urban Development (JOIN), will see both parties share information, explore project participation, and create solutions using technology and know-how from both Singapore and Japan.

The MOU was among several agreements signed yesterday as part of celebratory events to mark 50 years of Singapore-Japan diplomatic relations.
