TODAY will continue to monitor the manhunt for the two gunmen. Yesterday (Jan 8) French police converged on a small town Northeast from Paris after the suspects, who are brothers were allegedly spotted there.
Separately, a second deadly attack happened in South Paris yesterday, killing one police officer, while a bomb exploded at a Kebab shop near a mosque in Lyon. It is not clear if the incidents were related to the Charlie Hebdo shooting, but TODAY will continue to monitor for incidents around France.

Day 11's search efforts were focused on the tail section of the aircraft, which has still not been removed from the sea bed. Indonesia hopes the "black boxes" will be recovered soon. TODAY will continue to monitor search and rescue efforts.
