  • Senior Minister of State for Defence Maliki Osman is attending the second day of the Sub-Regional Defence Ministers’ Meeting on Counter-Terrorism in Perth, Australia. This inaugural meeting involves seven countries, namely Australia, Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand.
     
  • British Prime Minister Theresa May visits Shanghai as the final stop to her three-day visit to China to promote British trade and investment. Her trip comes amid uncertainties about Britain’s withdrawal from the European Union as well as Mrs May’s hold on power.
