Vesak Day events draw the faithful
A candlelight procession was held yesterday at Hougang Stadium as part of Vesak Day celebrations. Devotees, along with Minister for National Development Khaw Boon Wan (above, centre) and Singapore Buddhist Welfare Services (SBWS) president Venerable Kuan Yan (above, right), made their way around the track with lotus lamps in hand.
