Singapore Airlines named Sauber F1 Team’s official airline partner

HINWIL (Switzerland) — Singapore Airlines was yesterday (March 18) unveiled as the official airline partner for the Sauber F1 Team.

HINWIL (Switzerland) — Singapore Airlines was yesterday (March 18) unveiled as the official airline partner for the Sauber F1 Team.

The deal will see the Singapore carrier provide the team with flights to overseas races, mainly in Asia and Australia, according to a statement on the Sauber website.

Said Switzerland Singapore Airlines’ General Manager Ranjan Jha: “We are very pleased to be the official airline partner of the Sauber F1 Team. Sauber stands for a strong brand with a long-time, impressive tradition. We are excited about the new season and looking forward to embarking on this journey together.”

Added Ms Monisha Kaltenborn, Team Principal and part-owner of the Swiss team: “We are excited to embark on a long-term and sustainable partnership with Singapore Airlines.
