New medal design for Stanchart S’pore Marathon 2017
Participants at this year’s Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon will get a medal shaped like the Singapore map when they complete the full 42.195km event on Dec 3.

Participants at this year’s Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon will get a medal shaped like the Singapore map when they complete the full 42.195km event on Dec 3.
The design, which was unveiled yesterday, showcases various landmarks including the Merlion, Marina Bay Sands, the ArtScience Museum and the Singapore Flyer.
Close to 30,000 people have already signed up for this year’s marathon, which will be held from Dec 2-3 at Orchard Road and the Esplanade.
Those who sign up by Thursday will also enjoy an early-bird discount of S$15. They will pay S$85 (locals) and S$110 (foreigners) for the full marathon, and S$75 (locals) and S$100 (foreigners) for the half marathon. For more information, go to www.singaporemarathon.com.
