SEA Games: Singapore bowlers clinch silver and bronze in women's doubles event

KUALA LUMPUR — Singapore's bowling team clinched two medals at the women's doubles events — with silver for the pair of New Hui Fen and Cherie Tan, while Daphne Tan and Shayna Ng won bronze.

KUALA LUMPUR — Singapore's bowling team clinched two medals at the women's doubles events — with silver for the pair of New Hui Fen and Cherie Tan, while Daphne Tan and Shayna Ng won bronze.

The Singapore pair of Jazreel Tan and Bernice Lim had been in the lead heading into the final game, but faltered at the end to finish joint-fourth.

The Singapore pairs were pipped to the gold medal by the Indonesia duo of Sharon Limansantoso and Tannya Roumimper. *THIS STORY IS DEVELOPING
