SEA Games: Mao Shi Hui, Sherilyn Yang win Singapore's first squash gold

KUALA LUMPUR — Singapore's Mao Shi Hui and Sherilyn Yang have won gold in the women's jumbo squash doubles after defeating Jemyca Aribado and Yvonne Alyssa Dalida of the Philippines 11-5, 11-8 in the final.

KUALA LUMPUR — Singapore's Mao Shi Hui and Sherilyn Yang have won gold in the women's jumbo squash doubles after defeating Jemyca Aribado and Yvonne Alyssa Dalida of the Philippines 11-5, 11-8 in the final on Thursday (Aug 24).

The pair's win is Singapore's first gold in the sport at this Games.

The men's pair of Samuel Kang and Vivian Rhamanan will be in action in the men's jumbo squash doubles final against Ade Furkon and Agung Wilant of Indonesia later on Thursday.
