Support Team Singapore ‘live’ in KL with ActiveSG Tour

SINGAPORE – Keen to support Team Singapore in person at the upcoming South-east Asian (SEA) Games in Kuala Lumpur? ActiveSG, the national movement for sports, has you covered.

The ActiveSG Experience Tour will offer supporters the opportunity to catch the 29th SEA Games and 9th ASEAN Para Games over two weekends in Malaysia, including events like the opening ceremony and a host of sports fixtures.

The Tour consists of a two-way transfer from Singapore to KL via coach, four-star hotel accommodation, transport to competition venues, fun activities before departure and during the trip and all meals covered. Tickets to the various sports competitions will be subject to the Games schedule and Singapore’s participation.

First started in 2015 during the SEA Games at home here, the Tour offers a choice of two weekends for each of the Games this time and the option of either three-day, two-night or two-day, one-night packages.

Chief of ActiveSG, Lai Chin Kwang, hopes this initiative will help Singaporeans come together to support our athletes.

“We will try our best to suit the choice of sports to watch and support nearer to the departure dates,” he said. “This ActiveSG Experience Tour is not just about going up to Kuala Lumpur to cheer for Team Singapore Athletes, but having value-added programmes that would encourage people to make new friends and activities to encourage good nutrition and exercise habits.”
