WhatsApp Web now available for iPhone users

SINGAPORE — Good news for iPhone users: Whatsapp Web is finally available for Apple iOS operating systems.

SINGAPORE — Good news for iPhone users: Whatsapp Web is finally available for Apple iOS operating systems.

Now, iPhone users can access and chat on the instant messaging application via their desktops.

Whatsapp Web was first launched earlier this January, but for only Android, Blackberry, Windows and some Nokia phones. At the time, the company said it was not available for iOS users “due to Apple platform limitations”.

To get started on WhatsApp Web, ensure the app is updated to its latest version on your phone. Visit https://web.whatsapp.com/ and scan the QR code.

You will need to have an active WhatsApp account on your phone to to use WhatsApp Web.
