'Bar Shift' at The Manor Cocktail Room

Din Hassan, Head Bartender at The Manor Cocktail Room on Ann Siang Hill, presented their first-ever guest bartending residency last night - called Bar Shift, this guest session featured two award-winning bartenders: 29-year-old Indonesian stalwart Harli Gurnawan and 24-year-old rising star Eugene Chua from Singapore.
Harli, a Diageo World Class 2012 national champion, and Eugene, Diplomatico World Tournament 2013 Singapore winner, were on-shift concocting three unique cocktails each specifically for the evening.
