Can a baby drink its milk? Of course, outside the station please. Get off the train, feed him, then continue the journey.

Train Operators would be **** cruel to fine mothers if they feed baby/young kids plain water on the train.

i disagree with Wenz. there are so many other places ( like shopping malls outside mrt stations, etc) available for feeding babies. why must it be done in the mrt stations or even in the trains? what has that got to do with adversely affecting the government's efforts in encouraging childbirth? these two issues are completely unrelated.
