Aetos pays front-line staff twice a month

We thank Mr William Lim for his letter “CNY salary issue after firm joins Surbana” (Feb 8, online) and take this opportunity to share about our salary payout practice.

Aetos is aware that our front-line employees, consisting of auxiliary police officers and protection officers, require regular payouts to meet their daily needs.

Hence it has been Aetos’ long-standing practice to have two salary payments for them, on the 14th and 30th of every month.

This payout structure has been well-received by our employees, as it ensures that they have sufficient money throughout the month. Employees who require clarification of the payout structure are encouraged to approach our human resource department.
