Cabbies should feel free to reject smokers
I refer to “Stub out smoking in private hire cars” (July 25). Similarly, cabbies should be allowed to reject smokers who would stub out their cigarette, littering at the same time by throwing the butt on the road, before jumping in the taxi.

Our drivers, especially non-smokers, must be protected and heard with firmness too, and not suffer silently when inconvenienced. Daud Abdul Wahid
