Compensation paid, so no case for unfair termination

I was terminated by a multinational corporation (MNC) when I was 35 weeks’ pregnant (Pregnant workers still ‘face subtle discrimination’, June 19). The MNC paid the 16-week compensation to me. It was an unfair termination, but as long as the company complies with the compensation, there is nothing the MOM can do. KAREN NG XIU WEN
