Food courts run by machines may not make more money

While I agree that having food courts run by some machines would increase productivity, the aspect being measured is only labour productivity. An increase in machine usage may lead to small gains in productivity but the economic returns may decline.
Human workers are still needed and should be supported. Machines should complement people, not replace them.
