A distinction must be made between praise and criticism where warranted.
It is folly to praise a job done badly, just as it is a tough master who criticises a job done well.
A knowledge gap could have arisen from the re-signalling project, with commuters thinking that the work is easy when it is not.
It is time to bridge that gap by providing details of how re-signalling works and the tests are done.
