Help other victims of Sim Lim Square cons

I refer to the report “Sim Lim Square store’s practices draw furious response from the public” (Nov 6).

I am gladdened that kind-hearted people such as Mr Gabriel Kang and others are donating money to Vietnamese tourist Pham Van Thoai, a victim of an errant shop at Sim Lim Square.

I have also read that an international student from India was also conned by another shop in Sim Lim Square.

I hope the money raised by Mr Kang can be used to help the student and other victims such as her and Mr Pham.
