Home size should not determine Silver Support payouts

Those who are frail should be given higher payouts to alleviate their medical expenses. The type of public flat that senior citizens live in should not be used as a payout criterion.
Those living in a five-room flat had to work hard and make sacrifices to own a bigger home. They built up their Central Provident Fund savings and invested in a housing unit instead of shares or gold.
Obviously, they bought it to secure a brighter future for their children. Now, these people are old, and some are retired with no income. They should not be treated differently from those living in smaller public flats.
