Keep karaoke lounges open for senior citizens

The closure of karaoke lounges at several Community Clubs (CC) and Residents’ Commitee (RC) premises in recent years is a big disappointment to many seniors who love to sing with friends as a pastime. Karaoke also keeps their minds active and builds their confidence in their interaction with others.

The closure of karaoke lounges at several Community Clubs (CC) and Residents’ Commitee (RC) premises in recent years is a big disappointment to many seniors who love to sing with friends as a pastime. Karaoke also keeps their minds active and builds their confidence in their interaction with others.

I hope the People’s Association will not close these lounges in CCs and RC for good and deprive our seniors of one enjoyable, affordable and beneficial social activity.
