No need to reinvent the wheel for cashless payments

With a bit of humility 20 years ago, we could have asked Hong Kong’s Octopus card operator how it did cashless transactions, instead of going with the EZ-Link card, more cash cards, and other ideas.
We should acknowledge that there are basic technologies we can adopt. James Tan
