Outsource workshops to auxiliary officers to ease police’s manpower crunch

A good police officer must be of a certain calibre, and the Singapore Police Force is always in need of more manpower with the right aptitude and personality.
In this situation, police work could be optimised by outsourcing public education duties to auxiliary police officers.
