Pay to park bicycles at MRT stations?

I have observed that many bicycles parked outside MRT stations are either without wheels, seats or handles, which causes problems for other bicycle users. Station staff or another party should oversee a new way to manage these parking spaces.

For proper use of the spaces, bicycles that cannot be used should first be removed; a pay-to-park system should then be created. The misuse of these bicycle parking spaces around our beautiful city must be solved.
