Produce DVD of funeral process as a memento

On Sunday, the funeral service took place for our founding father, Mr Lee Kuan Yew.

The relevant authority should produce a DVD of the whole funeral process.

This would comprise the lying in state at Parliament House, the tributes paid by dignitaries and the public, including at the community tribute sites and overseas missions, the funeral procession to the University Cultural Centre and the service held there.

There could also be interviews with local and foreign dignitaries, et cetera, at the service.

The DVD could be distributed to grassroots organisations, schools, overseas missions and within the public service. And it would be good to include it in the SG50 goody bag — even better if it were in the four official languages.

Such a DVD would be greatly sought after, whether as a keepsake or for national purposes.
