Punitive action needed against errant feeders

It is time the National Environment Agency and Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority jointly enforce punitive action against those responsible for feeding cats and birds in open areas. They are the root of the many problems related to crows, pigeons and rats we face today.

It is time the National Environment Agency and Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority jointly enforce punitive action against those responsible for feeding cats and birds in open areas. They are the root of the many problems related to crows, pigeons and rats we face today.

Every morning, I see a pile of food for birds on the pedestrian path beside my estate. Our security guard saw an old couple place the food there, but as it was outside our condo, he could not take any enforcement action.
