Put real-time bus data on smartphone app

I feel that the information displayed on these LCD panels — such as the next bus stop and possibly MRT disruptions and traffic congestion — could be replicated in a location-based app or added to the MyTransport app, to help commuters further. This is so that information can be readily available on a smartphone, since commuters’ views could be blocked on a crowded bus.
Another possible improvement to consider is to allow users to set their destinations so that they can be prompted to alight when they are approaching their destination. Mark Leong
