Solve nursing shortage problem from both ends
I refer to the report “Enhanced scheme draws nurses back to work in community care” (Aug 12). We could still be facing a shortage of nurses, and I believe we can better solve this problem from both ends.

It would be practical to train more people to look after themselves as able-bodied persons, than to only tax our nurses. Lee Joo Mong
