Taxi passengers may be to blame for smell of smoke
I have encountered passengers who get in just after smoking, and some even bring the stubbed-out cigarette into the car to smoke later (Passengers should be able to choose smoke-free cabs; May 23).

So a “smoke-free taxi” would suddenly start to smell of cigarette smoke. Why blame the driver? Binu Benjamin
