Why doesn’t WDA present course certs to participants?

The Workforce Development Agency (WDA) has stopped issuing hard-copy certificates for Workforce Skills Qualifications courses. Instead, awardees have to download and print their e-certificates themselves.

The Workforce Development Agency (WDA) has stopped issuing hard-copy certificates for Workforce Skills Qualifications courses. Instead, awardees have to download and print their e-certificates themselves.

As a result, many, such as the elderly and those not tech-savvy, find it difficult to get their e-certificates. I wonder why the WDA would not present these certificates when participants have completed the courses. It would save many the hassle. DAVID KWOK
