SEPANG —  It is believed that the body of Kim Jong-nam will finally leave Malaysia on Thursday (March 30).

A Toyota Hiace van, understood to be carrying the remains of Jong-nam, was seen entering the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) Cargo Complex at 2.47pm.

The vehicle was spotted passing through a security check at the entrance before making its way to the cargo division.

It is expected that Jong-nam’s remains will be flown to Beijing via the Malaysian Airlines (MAS) flight MH360, said to be departing at 6pm on Thursday.

Earlier, the said van left National Forensic Medicine Institute (IPFN) in Kuala Lumpur General Hospital at 1.40pm on Thursday.

On Feb 13, Jong-nam, the estranged half-brother of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, died after two women allegedly smeared VX nerve agent on his face at klia2. He died en route to Putrajaya Hospital.
