Philippine President drops by Jollibee
Philippine President Benigno Aquino yesterday stopped by the Jollibee fast food outlet in Lucky Plaza for lunch. The mall is a popular hangout among Filipinos here. Mr Aquino was warmly received by his countrymen, who cheered and scrambled to take pictures of their leader. Mr Aquino arrived here on Tuesday for a two-day visit. Yesterday, he was hosted to lunch by President Tony Tan at the Istana, where he also met Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong in a separate meeting.
