Andy Lau, 61, leaps over railing to greet fans

How nimble is he for a sexagenarian?

Fact: Andy Lau, 61, is super fit and has never been out of shape in his more than four-decade career.

This can be attributed to his strict diet and disciplined lifestyle, which you can read about here and here.

And fans got to see firsthand just how sprightly the Heavenly King is at a promotional event for his upcoming crime thriller I Did It My Way in Shanghai last week.

The movie also stars Eddie Peng, Gordon Lam, Cya Liu and Simon Yam.

After the event, fans gathered in the audience area a few metres from the stage to hand gifts and flowers to Andy.

Seeing this, he casually walked off the stage and leapt over the railing into the crowd to accept the gifts, eliciting screams from fans.
