Now you can tapow your favourite chilli crab to eat anywhere — local seafood restaurant chain Jumbo Seafood and Japanese confectioner Glico, the maker of the popular Pretz biscuit stick snack, have teamed up to create a Singaporean flavour featuring a beloved local dish: Singapore Chilli Crab Pretz.

According to Jumbo Seafood, the chilli crab biscuit sticks are “specially made to capture the deliciously unique flavours of Jumbo Seafood’s award-winning chilli crab”, and will boast “unforgettable flavour with a zesty and tangy finish”.
Each 31g pack costs $1.60, and will be available from November 1 at all Jumbo Seafood outlets. It will also be launched at selected NTUC FairPrice supermarkets in November. If you buy at least 10 packs at a Jumbo Seafood outlet, you get a free A4-sized Pretz x Jumbo Seafood folder, while stocks last.
It's not the first time that Glico is launching localised flavours for its Pretz sticks; there are also Shark's Fin and Abalone flavours sold in Hong Kong, and a Peking Duck version offered in Beijing. Super cute.

From November 11 to 25, you also stand to win a $100 Jumbo Seafood dining voucher when you post a photo of the chilli crab Pretz box against a Singapore landmark (like the Merlion, or Gardens by the Bay) on Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag #JumboxPretz. There will be three vouchers up for grabs.
